If you’re interested in our Suvie Meal service, this promotional offer is a great opportunity to save even more on the Suvie appliance! To be eligible for this offer, you must order the required number of meal boxes indicated during checkout within 6 months of receiving your Suvie. If you do not order the required number of boxes within this time, you will be charged $90 for each box that was not ordered if you choose to keep your appliance after the 100 day trial period.

When you check out, you will be automatically invited to your Suvie meal planner account to select your first meals. Your first meals will be delivered as close to the delivery of your Suvie Kitchen Robot as possible.

While we aim to provide the most realistic delivery timeframe possible, as with any new product, unexpected delays can occur causing our delivery timeline to shift. As a backer, we will provide you with regular updates detailing the production and delivery status. You are also always welcome to cancel your pre-order anytime for a full refund before it ships.

Our current ship time estimates for all Suvie packages are 1 week.

We love Suvie, and we believe you will too. That's why we stand by our product. If you're not satisfied with Suvie for any reason, you may return it for a replacement or a refund within 100 days of receiving the appliance.

In order to return your Suvie, authorization should be requested from our customer service team within 100 days of receiving your appliance. Please contact us at help@suvie.com if you have any questions. You will receive a return shipping label with your return authorization to send the appliance back to us.

When you return the appliance, it must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and include all the accessories and packaging it originally came with, the product UPC barcode, and the return authorization number.

Our guarantee does not cover Suvie Meals or any food-related products, nor does it cover any damage to the Suvie appliance that is beyond normal wear and tear or that has been caused by improper use. If you have a technical problem with your Suvie after 100 days, it will fall under our 1-year warranty, and our customer service team will do everything we can to correct the issue.

Yes you are! If you are a current customer, we are offering a trade-in program if you are interested in upgrading to our new Suvie 2.0 model. Please email us directly at help@suvie.com for more information.

Our limited warranty included with the purchase of your Suvie covers any manufacturer defect or issue not caused by regular wear and tear, misuse, or improper care or maintenance of the unit and accessories. Suvie will either repair or replace a defective unit with a refurbished unit as deemed necessary. When a warranty claim is initiated, a shipping and handling charge may be applied both to and from our facility, at Suvie’s discretion.

Both Suvie and the Starch Cooker add-on connect to your home WiFi network and communicate via our server. Both Suvie and the Starch Cooker can simultaneously cook your meal, however, should you not have WiFi access or lose connection.
