The policy is designed to inform you about HTI’s practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of any personal information on suvie.com and its sub-domains and related sites (the “Site”).

I. INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you use the Site, you may choose to send certain information to HTI such as your name, email address, and telephone number. In addition, products and services made available by HTI may provide to HTI information regarding the systems on which they are installed.
HTI may also collect other technical information regarding the computer hardware and software that you use to access the Site. - 4) commercial information, including records of real property, products or services considered, or other purchasing or consuming tendencies;
- 5) biometric information;
- 6) 6. internet or other electronic network suppliers, including, but not limited to, browsing history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an Internet Web site, or advertisement;
- 7) geolocation data;
- 8) audio, electronic, visual, or similar information;
- 9) education information; and
- 10) inferences drawn from any of the other information categories to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, including trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
Certain medical, health and wellness information, including weight, dietary habits, and related health metrics that HTI collects in connection with surveys or studies is for research purposes, and will be used only to the extent permissible under the HIPAA authorization and informed consent forms used in connection with such research.
II. COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES
HTI may use cookies to help create a more personalized experience and to recognize your use of the Site. A “cookie” is a small data file that can be stored on your computer to assist HTI in delivering a consistent and effective user experience to you. The cookies used on the Site may include “session” cookies (short-term data files which help to recognize and identify a particular visit to the Site) as well as “persistent” cookies (longer-term data files which assist the Site to recognize you during multiple return visits). If you disable cookies in your browser, certain parts of the Site may not function as expected and you may not be able to view or use all pages. HTI does not store any personal identifying information in any cookie.
An “IP Address” is a series of numbers assigned to your computer when you are connected to the Internet. The communication protocols upon which the Internet operates cause HTI to receive your IP Address every time you access and use the Site. HTI may retain log files containing your IP Address.

These service providers and suppliers may change, or HTI may enter into agreements with additional service providers and suppliers, to better accommodate HTI customers.

HTI’s technical service providers, and vendors and suppliers, which have access to HTI’s website and which collect personal information from HTI’s website include Google and Facebook. Please refer to the privacy policies of these organizations regarding their use of your personal information.
2. Law Enforcement
HTI, and its affiliates and related companies, may disclose personal, technical or other information when required by law to do so or as set forth below. These circumstances may include criminal or civil subpoenas, court orders or requests by law enforcement personnel. HTI, and its affiliates and related companies, will only disclose information when it has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to prevent fraud or illegal activities from being conducted via the Site, to protect HTI property interests (including intellectual property), or to prevent imminent bodily harm. Disclosure may be made to law enforcement officers, government agencies, other companies, lawyers or agents.
3. Change of Ownership
HTI or any affiliates or related entities merge with or be acquired by another business entity, or should some or all of their respective assets (including their customer information) be acquired, HTI may share your personal information with those business entities in connection with the merger or acquisition.
VIII. CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13
The Site is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age, and HTI does not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. No one under the age of 13 is allowed to transmit personal information via the Site. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to transmit any personal information to HTI. Do not assist anyone under 13 to transmit any personal information to HTI. If HTI learns that it has received such information, it will remove and delete that information. IX. CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 AND 18
HTI recommends that anyone between the ages of 13 and 18 get permission from his or her parents or guardians before transmitting any personal information to or through the Site.
X. SECURITY
HTI takes appropriate measures to ensure the security of your information. However, HTI cannot guarantee that third parties will not overcome any security measures and gain access to your information for unauthorized purposes. By using the Site, you accept the risk that compromise of and unauthorized access to your information is possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTI disclaims any warranty or guarantee that your information will be protected from misuse, appropriation, alteration or loss, and you accept the risk of any potential resulting liability.

You may encounter links to third party websites when using the Site. These links may have been placed on the Site by HTI, by an advertiser, through the use of a third party application, or in some other manner. HTI makes no guarantees regarding the content, reliability, correctness or safety of any third party website accessed through links appearing on the Site. HTI does not control the content of these sites and does not supervise links posted by Users, advertisers or third party applications. These sites may have different privacy policies or no privacy policy. If you access any of these links, you do so at your own risk.
XII. YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California residents have certain additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This section details what CCPA rights California residents have, how California residents may exercise those rights, and what HTI will do in response.
Under the CCPA, California residents have the following rights:
- • The right to know, subject to certain exceptions:
- o The categories of personal information we have collected about you;
- o The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected;
- o Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information;
- o The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information, if any; and
- o The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- • The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
- • The right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information; and
- • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising your CCPA rights.
To exercise your CCPA rights, you must submit a verifiable consumer request to us by email or mail addressed indicated below. To verify your request, HTI will send you a verification email. In making such a request, you must provide your full name, email address, and Suvie account number, if relevant. HTI has no reasonable method to verify requests from consumers who are not account holders as HTI does not maintain information in a manner that permits it to reasonably verify consumer requests from those who do not hold accounts with HTI. You may have an authorized agent submit a request to know or a request to delete so long as you provide the authorized agent with written permission to submit the relevant request and you verify your own identity directly with HTI. Such restrictions do not apply where you provide your authorized agent with power of attorney pursuant to California Probate Code sections 4121 to 4130.
HTI will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
