Both Suvie and the Starch Cooker add-on connect to your home WiFi network and communicate via our server. Both Suvie and the Starch Cooker can simultaneously cook your meal, however, should you not have WiFi access or lose connection.
Yes! Suvie is available via fixed, monthly payments through Affirm. Please select this method at checkout for more information and to learn the terms and conditions. This installment plan option only applies to the Suvie appliance, and cannot be used to order Suvie meals. You will need to provide an alternate payment method after your initial purchase for further meal orders. If you’re interested in our Suvie Meal service, this promotional offer is a great opportunity to save even more on the Suvie appliance! Our limited warranty included with the purchase of your Suvie covers any manufacturer defect or issue not caused by regular wear and tear, misuse, or improper care or maintenance of the unit and accessories. Suvie will either repair or replace a defective unit with a refurbished unit as deemed necessary. When a warranty claim is initiated, a shipping and handling charge may be applied both to and from our facility, at Suvie’s discretion.

No problem! Suvie meals are meant to be stored in the freezer and last for up to 6 months, so you can store them until your appliance arrives. We will ship meals as close as possible to the delivery of your appliance.
Meals are shipped on a weekly basis. Depending on where you live, your delivery day may vary. Check your meal planner during checkout to see what day of the week your meals will arrive.
No, if you choose to return your Suvie within the 100 day trial period, you are not required to purchase any additional meals as part of our promotional offer. If you have ordered meals during this time, these cannot be refunded.
We love Suvie, and we believe you will too. That's why we stand by our product. If you're not satisfied with Suvie for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 100 days of receiving the appliance. In order to return your Suvie, authorization should be requested from our customer service team within 100 days of receiving your appliance. Please contact us at help@suvie.com if you have any questions. You will receive a return shipping label with your return authorization to send the appliance back to us. When you return the appliance, it must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and include all the accessories and packaging it originally came with, the product UPC barcode, and the return authorization number. Our guarantee does not cover Suvie Meals or any food-related products, nor does it cover any damage to the Suvie appliance that is beyond normal wear and tear or that has been caused by improper use. If you have a technical problem with your Suvie after 100 days, it will fall under our 1-year warranty, and our customer service team will do everything we can to correct the issue. Extended warranties may be purchased at checkout.

The Suvie 3.0 appliance is 14 inches wide, 13 inches high, and 20 inches deep. It is designed to fit under a standard height kitchen cabinet. The Suvie starch cooker is 11 inches wide, 16 inches high, and 16.5 inches deep. The max wattage is 1400 watts. The starch pot can hold up to 3 liters of water.
Suvie does not require a special plumbing hook up. Water is supplied to the appliance through the water reservoir that you fill before use. Suvie 3.0’s water reservoir is not removable and features an easy-fill design. Factory refurbished Suvie 2.0’s include a removable water reservoir. Suvie will use only the amount of water necessary for each cook, and there is no need to drain the unit in-between cooks. The only hook up needed is to plug Suvie into a standard electrical outlet. Please make sure the GFCI outlet is nearby; do not use an extension cord with your Suvie appliance.
Because you need to access both the front and the right side of the Suvie appliance (for the water reservoir), it’s not possible to have it sit within a cut out cabinet space. Suvie also needs sufficient clearance to the right side for optimal cooling performance. Suvie was designed, however, to sit comfortably between a standard countertop and a cabinet above.
Yes, the pans are made out of stainless steel and are designed to be cleaned in your dishwasher. The roasting rack along with our other accessories, like the egg tray, are also all dishwasher safe.
For the best performance, we always suggest connecting your Suvie to Wifi. We constantly update your Suvie’s recipes and firmware to optimize performance and send Suvie recipes for our latest meals. An internet connection is also needed to remotely schedule your Suvie system via the Suvie Mobile App.
Suvie 3.0 can make 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 portions: enough food for up to 5 adults or 2 adults and 3 children, and 4 portions of all Suvie Meals. If using both zones to cook only proteins and pairing with a full pot of starch in the Suvie Starch Cooker, you can cook up to 8+ adult servings depending on the recipe. We are doing an advanced replacement program with the 2.0 trade ins because we trust our customers. You do not need to send your 2.0 in before you get your 3.0. Your Suvie 3.0 will ship to you before you have returned your 2.0. When the 3.0 ships to you, you will also receive a label to ship back your 2.0. If you have the original packaging just print out the free shipping label and send it to us. If you need replacement packaging from us, when you receive the packaging and the label you’ll ship it back to us. You have 30 days to box it up and send it back to us. Once you’ve received the label, and if applicable, the packaging. The Terms & Conditions about being able to charge the full price for the 3.0 + Shipping is only in the event that a customer fails to send back their 2.0.

Extended warranties can be purchased up to 60 days after placing your original Suvie order.
Your Suvie appliance has an included 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty, which begins the day your Suvie appliance is delivered. Extended warranties cover your appliance purchase starting the day the limited warranty expires: 1 year after your appliance is delivered.
All warranty plans include coverage from defects in materials or workmanship, or general operation of the Suvie Kitchen Robot and/or Starch Cooker. This warranty does not cover accessories including, but not limited to, pans, water reservoir, drain tray, power cable and other removable parts. This warranty also does not cover cosmetic damage to the oven that does not affect its function, cleaning abrasions or alterations to the external surface of the oven shell or oven door glass. When you purchase a protection plan you’ll check out exactly how you normally would on the Suvie website. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us for your purchase, as well as an email from Clyde with information about your protection plan including Terms and Conditions.
